   Used to visit this pub regularly as we only live a village away but since the change of ownership it isn’t the same. Only today (Sunday) we attended for a swift drink with family after playing golf at Botcheston golf club and were not welcomed or even offered one of the 6 tables that had reserved signs on them. We were ignored by the new manager Michelle who chose to serve the next person that walked in after us as they had a table reserved. Then the bar maid and the manager both made a comment that there was no space and that we would just be in the way, unfortunately we had already ordered our drinks at this point otherwise we would have walked out. Our party of 8 stayed for a second round of drinks and still all those reserved tables were unoccupied. So where is the customer service. Previous managers were always welcoming and made space for anyone, when they had tables reserved they would advise what time they needed the table for which was ideal. We certainly will not be visiting again in a while. The pub has become extremely run down looking and is definitely lacking in any customer service skills.

   Excellent food. Large portions. Well presented. Good assortment of veg and loads of them. Couldn't fault the meal. Will definitely go again . Seven in our party and no complaints whatsoever.

   Outstanding food, great service and despite the size of our party, 12 people, they managed to fit us all in. Can't recommend the Greyhound enough. If you want a far batter alternative to all the chain restaurant rubbish that tastes naff and costs a fortune, then you really ought to give them a try.

   Lovely little quant pub. Perfect place for a nice Pimms and a pint in the beautiful beer garden. As soon as we arrived staff were so welcoming. Definitely will be going back soon.
