I agree with the comments about spying — I’ve also noticed this kind of behavior from staff at Girlington Motors. As the Qur’an teaches, spying and watching out is not permissible under any circumstances.
I have been a customer of Girlington Motors, but I’ve noticed behaviour from some staff that felt like unnecessary watching or spying. Watching and spying are the same— its unprofessional From an Islamic perspective, this behaviour is clearly wrong. The Qur’an states in Surah Al-Hujuraat: "Wa la tajassasu" (Do not spy). Spying is haram, and I hope the management reflects on this. Customers should always be treated with respect and privacy.
Great guys very helpful and friendly great service
From Manchester, I found myself stranded in Bradford in the snow when my car's MOT unexpectedly expired. Fortunately, a kind gentleman assisted me in removing my vehicle from the snow and promptly completed the necessary repairs within an hour. This timely intervention ensured my safety and allowed me to return home.
Didn't pass my MOT for "rust" that didn't exist and then overcharged me in the end to get it fixed. Gave an initial quote of £185 and charged £250??. Had to wait HOURS just to get MOT checked when I gave my car. Will never be going back. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs
I went to girlington motors for my MOT. The MOT didn't pass which is fine but they refused to carry out any of the work. I was asked to go to another garage to get the work carried out which is bizarre. It was a simple job and i could see other cars getting repair work so I don't know why they directed me elsewhere. It was an inconvenience dropping the car off to another garage and leaving it there for a day. Won't be using these muppets in the future.

Always excellent service from Ibrar and his team. Their prices may not be the cheapest but they are a professional garage with knowledgeable staff. Great value for money.
Very VERY VERY expensive. They said MOT on my 62 reg car would cost £30. They ended up charging me £140 altogether. Went to them last year too so thought they would sort me out. Won’t ever go there again. Rather burn my car than go to Girlington Motors.
