   Possibly the most rude and arrogant barista I've ever come across. I asked for a pistachio latte which was admittedly unavailable, and the guy said in an awful tone "we've not got that!!" Whilst looking at the door and completely blanking me. Didn't ask for what else I'd like, and when I decided on a caramel machiatto, just said "yep" and got the price up for the contactless payment. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt (which I needed for expenses) or ask if I wanted cream (which I did want, but didn't get). He was also rude to my colleague who spoke to him. This was on the early evening of Friday 14th February 2025. The barista was tall, had dark hair, glasses and a short to medium length beard. I would seriously consider looking into his attitude and behaviour when serving customers because he is clearly in the wrong job with ZERO customer service capabilities.

   Popped in for peppermint tea while charging the car and staff were super friendly. Stephen even gave our dog a ‘doggy cappuccino’ which is basically whipped cream. To my surprise she loved it and didn’t want to leave! Well done for bringing a friendly smile and actions to break a long journey.

   Usual rude customer service from Starbucks’ motorway outlets. Looks like they don’t want customers to be able to sit down either. Shocking retailing.

   Closed 10 minutes before closing time. 4 staff members present. Pretty annoyed as I've got another 150 miles to drive and 44alñy needed a tea

   Visited this location just now and very embarrassingly spilled my drink as soon as I picked it up. The ladies working were lovely about it, quick to clean it up and even replaced my drink for free when I went to buy a new one. 10/10 service x
