Our first visit here & we really enjoyed it. We were met at the entrance by a happy friendly staff member & they showed us to our table. Our order was taken quickly & the food arrived in no time at all, everything was fresh & delicious. We enjoyed our experience & the staff were perfect from entrance to exit. Great service, great food, recommend!
We had a great experience at Zizzis at Resort world in Birmingham. We were served by Patrycja and she was amazing! she even offered to make us a suprise cocktail.
Partycja was a lovely server. I am allergic to dairy and they were amazing with all of that and made me feel really comfortable with my meal. All around amazing
Patrice / Patricia was our waitress for a large corporate booking. There was just over 20 of us dining and she was absolutely fantastic! Our food was prompt and no one was ever waiting for a drink or sat with an empty glass. She really looked after our table and made it a very pleasurable experience!
Nice food, attentive staff and good value. They were especially careful about food allergies for my daughter and even have a QR code to give customers info. Highly recommended after the very poor attitude and atrocious service from Miller and Carter who ‘could not find our booking’ made weeks before, don’t answer the phone or seem to care at all about customers. Choose wisely and choose Zizzi.
A more than unpleasant staff, after 20 minutes we were told that there was no more vegan cheese, We had on the five orders two vegan pizzas, the waitress addressed only one person to ask her what she wanted instead not worrying about the other person. The pizzas without cheese were therefore very dry, with a non-existent tomato sauce, scattered olives, nothing held together when we ate. When paying we wanted to divide the bill into 5 that everyone pays their share, we had to do the calculations ourselves in front of the person's refusal. I do not recommend at all the other restaurants around have a much better service and respect for the customer
Food was lovely, staff especially serving girls have made every efforts to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, really lovely and friendly . NEC fuara yakın AVM içerisinde. Yemekler lezzetli.
What other restaurants in the same venue lack in service quality and willingness to serve paying customers (looking at you, Sky By The Water, Resorts World Birmingham) the local “Zizzi“ will deliver, no questions asked. Delicious dishes, friendly and accommodating staff, appropriate pricing. Went there for two evenings in a row, did not find any reason whatsoever that would keep me from recommending this restaurant to others.
Prompt and friendly service, starters were good and arrived in fair time, however, ordered 2 pizzas for mains 1 with extra chicken and a side of chips. Extra chicken wasn't added to the pizza and the side of chips arrived 10 minutes after the pizzas did, very overcooked and inedible. If it had been a busy period with lots of customers then it could be understood, but it was pretty quiet.
