Love Caffe Nero and love using my three vouchers there. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Mell Square branch was not great. I was made to feel unwelcome with an air of a racist attitude that makes me unlikely to return. Coming from Edinburgh, where the Caffe Nero service is incredible, this was surprising, and I know it does not reflect the usual Caffe Nero service.

Disgusting behaviour and experience. The barrista at the till did not ask for my order and just stood staring waiting for me to tell them my order, it felt like I had walked into somewhere I did not belong. While waiting for my order, another waiter walked past and shouted excuse me and started clapping his hands at me and my children to move, I was then handed my coffee and again, nothing was said, just a judging look as if I did not belong. I will absolutely not be returning and advise everyone else to go elsewhere where you are treated with respect.

Service excellent! Drinks okay and the choice is poor. Seats uncomfortable honestly! But the service is great and it’s convenient so worth it!

Tuna panini, muffin, orange drink, and a regular cappuccino for £13.95. All good, but the tuna filling was rather meagre for the price. Pleasant service from the female server (didn't get a name). Impressive selection of coffees and cakes. Got very busy just before we left. Parking available at nearby superstore.

Amazing staff, always so nice and friendly. Thank you to Ben who was really speedy and quick with our coffees.

What an amazing experience! Probably the only high street coffee chain that make drinks to perfection and the art required for coffee. The Brazilian coffee limited edition has an amazing taste. Love every about this cafe. I'll definitely visit other branches.

ordered a cappuccino to go. The coffee was so hot that I burned my tongue. the milk is overheated and the foam is just terrible.

Good stuff. Perfect location. Small issue with my mocha being unstirred and lots of chocolate powder in a clump at the bottom - that was a trainee barista under enormous pressure as it was incredibly busy, overflowing with customers seated indoors and outdoors and all the queues of people in line waiting. Clearly customers are happy and that’s always good to know.

Great coffee. Would have loved it if there was a drive through. If in the high street this is a good place to go. However it's a bit of a challenge to visit here just for the coffee. Parking could be an issue if travelling by car. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Usually there is a queue which shows that it is quite a popular place despite the parking woes. The offers on the app is a must use too.
