   Staff if behaving very strange and feels bit racism towards us. Staff Looks very angry and sad. She missed to one drink in our order and she made us to wait for long time and send us behind the queue again for that order to complete. Very bad experience.

   Took 25 mins from entering the shop to leaving. The service was very disorganised, unprofessional and an embarrassment. The 4 servers did nothing but giggle at each other as every order was a disaster to the point she left the counter as she was laughing so much. I travel the country using Starbucks on a daily basis but this experience will be the last. £30 and 25mins of my life I won’t be getting back.

   Terrible service. I entered at 19.00 and waited at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then I was asked what I wanted whilst the server was chatting to her friend on the headset. I specifically asked for the food on a plate and drink in a take away cup. The food came in paper bags and I had to ask for the toastie to be plated. I was obviously an inconvenience having dared sit in during the last hour of business disrupting the cleaning process! Finally all the cakes had been put away so they were again looking to get out on time. Thanks but no thanks!

   Based at Corley services, m6 southbound before junction 3. Friendly polite staff, and my order was correct. Nice clean toilet. Inside and out seating, even a dog water bowl outside, very thoughtful. I recommend almond milk in coffee as the coconut starbucks uses splits.

   Another stop with my mother who now finds it hard to walk. Easy to stop, help her walk into the unit. I can't do the sitting and watching the TV. The shop is clean, tidy. Staff really helpful, even dropped a cup, which was mopped up, replaced. WILL BE BACK

   Really disappointed this morning, arrived at the drive through a little after 7am to be greeted by "what do you want?" No, good morning, no welcome to Starbucks...I then ordered my drink and a pan au chocolat and the response was "is that it?" Drove round to the collection point and had it "thrown" at me. Usually a great place to stop, but not again.

   Young lady serving needs some training. I said with milk please. She said "what" quite abruptly. Sorry or pardon would have been nice. But she was very pleasant in her manner, hence the five stars. Clean and bright coffee shop

   Another cookie cutter Starbucks, comfortable chairs, consistently good food and coffee. An oasis of tranquility just off the M6. Wasn’t busy at all so pretty much had it to myself on a lovely sunny day. Not much traffic from the drive through either. One thing to note, a lot of these Motorway Starbucks are labelled as drive trus, but they generally also have an inside cafe, in fact sometimes there’s also another Starbucks in the larger services main building.
