   What a disaster. My car had a faulty wheel bearing issue. Charged me for a brand new part and labour. Got car back and guess what. It’s knocking even more than before. Took it back twice and each time they repainted smugly that there is no issue and deemed the repair fine. Took the car for MOT and the mechanic showed me the wheel. It was wiggling like it doesn’t even have a bearing. MOT mechanic was shocked that any mechanic worth his weight in salt couldn’t repair a simple wheel bearing. I’m having to fork out for a proper repair out of pocket now. I have young kids. I haven’t got time to mess around with shoddy repairers. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience.

   Can't diagnose to save their life. I made the mistake of taking my vehicle for repair here. One I will not be making again. Replaced several parts twice. Close to £1000 and the issue is still there. You have capable mechanics who diagnose the real issue and fix it. Not these lot. Unfortunately they just like to replace random parts and see how it goes. A bit of let's throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. Problem is it's all at your expense. You will pay for the incompetence. If you don't want to spend money replacing parts that aren't needed then this is probably not a place for you.

   Avoid to save yourself expense.You give your car to them to repair one thing and they create 2 more problems! This must be reason why they are so busy. They must plant issues on cars to have perpetual streak of work. Too my car to them for a timing belt replacement. It now sounds like a diesel tractor with constant knocking that I can’t get rid of. Either they’ve set the timing wrong or messed something up that’s made engine sound so rough Stay away and go to someone more reliable like Hare bros across the road.

   I'd taken my car to this garage, the garage mechanics were very aggressive, abusive and the one of the mechanics was in a rage in becoming violent. We had agreed on the cost of repairing my car when it came to collect the car they they increased the repair cost by £40. I'd definitely will not be taking any of my cars to them again.
