Paul and Ian at reception have a very friendly and informative nature in answering any questions regarding nasty knocks, bangs, screeches and clunks coming from your car!    Halifax Autocentre was recommended to me by my previous garage. Didn’t disappoint. From Paul on reception who was very helpful and friendly and everyone I saw had a smile on their face. My car passed its MOT but they pointed out that a tyre had a chunk out of it and needed replacing soonest. The car park across the road was useful to learn about. Pleasant experience. Well done will definitely use again.

   Been happy in the past but my last visit left me feeling disappointed. After waiting for nearly half a day, and only after I rang they checked my car. I had to book a second appointment due to time restrictions for what should have been an hour's job as they said. Second appointment didn't go much better, again had to chase them up after nearly 2,5hours. Job completed satisfactorily. P. was polite with me but the other engineer was confrontational and rude.

   I have been using the services of Halifax Autocentre since Daniel, the owner, started the business back in 2013. Their service has been impeccable since day one. As a woman, I have always felt intimated when dealing with garages regarding problems of my car. I have often been "spoken down" to when visiting other garages, if you know what I mean. I don't feel that at all here. The receptionist, Paul was always very patient when answering all my questions. I find them to be honest and reliable, and their prices are reasonable in comparison with the quality of parts and materials which they provided. I own a BMW, and trust this garage 100% with the Full Service and MOT of the car, which they have been doing for me for years.

   Pick and chose what they want to do. God forbid you need welding work done, welder will tell you if he feels like taking the job on or not. Receptionist was great I must say.
