   I had a flat tire away from home today (Sunday). Aaron from sunside passed me and asked if I needed help, my parents were already on their way so I said I was okay. Aaron drove past a while later and pulled up again and pumped up my tyre. He then took my car to his garage and changed the tyre for me. I can’t thank him enough. I was stranded at the side of the road and it was a really kind thing he did. Would definitely recommend this garage. Excellent customer service I’ll be going there again!

   Worst garage that we have ever had to use. First of all unless you just require tyres then this is the garage for you anything else stay well clear. So my wife takes our fiesta in for its annual service my wife travels to london at least once within every two week period so we have a service every year regardless of mileage and for our own peace of mind. anyway a few weeks back we chose sunside service station with it being the nearest to us we recently moved to the area from manchester so thought we would keep within the local community and support local businesses like we do others. Well to cut a long story short after the service at sunside i checked firstly the filters these hadnt been changed air or oil i requested new glo plug old one was still in and i know this was the old one because i marked it before my wife took the car in i do things like this because i know that local garages are known for being rip off merchants and here we are out sourcing another !! My final thoughts after i checked the car over was that yes the £300+ bill was a mockery and i believe that nothing was done to our car. Anyone who has given this particular business a 5 star rating did you check your vehicle afterwards or did you just accept that what they say they did before charging you the earth. Food for thought people i know we havent been the first judging from what neighbours and other businesses have said !!

   It would be a 0 star, but unfortunately I have to leave at least 1. Took a Corsa in because a coil spring had broke, told it wasn't covered by my warranty even though we have only had the car for one month. Quoted me £196 for the repair, after speaking to 3 other garages which quoted me between £86 - £90 for the same job. So I said forget that ill take it somewhere else, and the cheek of him charged me £50 labour to look at it, but that still worked out cheaper to pay that and take it somewhere else, rather than pay this garage. Going to get different quotes from other places from now on. Maybe they should find another supplier, coil springs are around £20. The job got done in half an hour at Moderna MOT, so really they were charging close to £200 for a £20 spring. Never again. Be Warned.

   Excellent service, car looks immaculate after bringing it here. And they provide an excellent service with tyres, they have very competitive prices -as good as on line- and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would not go anywhere else for tyres.
