   New owners Joe & Megan honest and decent people. Took my polo in for a full service and some much needed work on the brakes at 8am, I had my car back by time I fished work. The issues were diagnosed quickly and fixed properly, I was updated throughout the day without request with before and after pictures. Both of them had a lot of time for me, had a good chat where they explained what was found and advised on things to monitor over the next year. You can’t go far wrong here. Very satisfied

   I had my Audi booked in for a service at Halifax MOT and Service Centre Ltd and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic. It was also very friendly, professional, and reassuring. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, carried out the work efficiently, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The turnaround time was great, pricing was fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job properly rather than rushing customers in and out. It’s refreshing to find a garage you can trust. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable servicing in Halifax.

   The new owners here are brilliant. Dropped in with a noise on my car and it was sorted straight away no problem and I was back on the road in about an hour. Explained and showed me the issue and even gave me a couple of things that needed keeping an eye on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

   Have been here a few times, and the mechanic seemed sound. My opinion has changed. Exhaust was getting loud and had a couple worn tyres, so went to get car booked in. Mechanic was busy so I booked it in with the lady on reception, she checked the diary and said I could be fir in for the next day. When I went in on the agreed day, the mechanic came to me and started kicking off at me, swearing and shouting at me, claiming he told me he could not fit me in. I politely bit my tongue and simply replied "I have not spoken to to you about this, I booked it in with the receptionist." His response was to fly of the handle and give me a string of abuse. At which point the receptionist spoke up and said "actually you didn't speak to him, I spoke to him and booked it in yesterday because the diary didn't have many appointments". Guy didn't even apologise, just said "leave it with me" and walked off. When I got the car back, after a couple days I noticed a knocking sound while I was driving. I went back, and he said "someone at your work trying to kill you? The bolts on the wheel have been unfastened" I told him "you replaced that tyre a few days ago" and he made some excuse about his drill being worn. I wont be returning.

   Have been three times, the owner took on the work at short notice and finished in a timely manner. The first time was for a damaged exhaust and worn timing chain which got me through my MOT (another mechanic I took it to beforehand just reset the engine management lamp and said it would be fine!). Second time was to replace the coolant pump. And the third time was to replace a rear bulb he noticed was out when the pump was being sorted. He replaced it for free. A good guy you can trust.
