   Had my 2012 Panamera Turbo S repaired by Impact and couldn't be happier with their service. The front bumper needed replacing and the paint job is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. I can also vouch for their honesty, the headlight that Porsche sent was the wrong one & cost around £1500 less than the correct one, however Porsche said that because it was their mistake sending the wrong part there would be no extra charge for the correct headlight. Impact could have easily told me it was the full price but were completely transparent about it and saved me £1500 where they could have easily lied about it and pocketed the extra money. The car was immaculately clean when I picked it up, everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, can't recommend them enough. Hopefully no more walls jump out at me but I'll definitely be using them if they do.

   I'll add a few more details when the work is complete, but for now, I'll say that Impact Bodyshop is a professional outfit. I met with Richard today, who was courteous, professional, and asjed some questions about the kind of work that needed doing. I need to have the front bumper posstic welded and fibre glassed to restore its kook and robustness. Also to realign the gaps and fit a front lip spoiler. I was quoted a fairly reasonable price (£350) and will update this review after the work is done to showcase the final results. The current pics are the before status. Update at 17th Feb: Left the car overnight as agreed and picked it up earlier than expected. The team has done a sterling job. The worl is professional and it was cleaned before returning to me. Will definitely keep them in mind for future work

   What a great find this body shop was when I needed a spoiler fitting to my new car. Friendly, welcoming staff (and dog), good knowledge and advice, helpful and most importantly a really great job done. Also they touched up a few chips which I was concerned about at no extra cost which was really nice and very much appreciated. This is a company to be very proud of, thanks Richard, Kathy and anyone else who dealt with my vehicle. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have!

   Whether you have an expensive car or simply have a car you appreciate, you cannot find a better body shop than this. Took my car in for a respray to get the usual chips and scratches sorted. When I picked up my car I was blown away with the quality of the paintwork. The car was perfect, better than the day it left the factory. I would recommend this company over any regardless of cost. Brilliant job and nice people.

   Had the rear valance to my car repaired after I found someone had caught it overnight in the hotel car park. The repair all went to plan, in fact the condition was returned to as new - really couldn't tell the difference to how it was previously, from any angle in any light. Was recommended this place by a car detailer, and can clearly see why
