   So angry at this garage. Went in to get a starter motor fitted. Job was done, when I collected the car I noticed the engine management light was on. Asked what that was and got told that it was on before. I advised it wasn't. After driving the car I noticed a huge loss in power and took it back and explained. Was told to come back on Monday so he could look at it. He said it was the turbo and would cost around. £900. So I went to seek other independent advice. Was told by 3 garages that the work on starter motor had meant that this garage had to remove some radiator pipes and oil cooler. When these were put back in the original fittings were not put back in. In stead the pipes were loosely fitted and they were tie wrapped back on!!. Also the radiator was not relieved of air so this put extra pressure in the engine and that other parts related to turbo were tampered with. I had to pay extra money to get this fixed. Absolutely disgusted as was told that any further driving would have caused the engine to cease and the car would be useless as new engine would have been required. Cowboys. This garage is causing problems so the vulnerable or less experienced customers pay more money. Robbers and theives. Avoid at all cost. Had it not been for my partner telling me not to go I would have visited and it would not have been good. Your messing with people's vehicle to make a gain!!. I am not one to leave a negative response or tarnish someone's business. But honestly guys be aware and don't use!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. People work hard and these repairs are costly in the first instance and for you to tamper with other things to get some extra work for yourself is just dishonest and wrong!!

   We have 3 vehicles as part of our business and Tim keeps them on the road whatever happens. He is by far, the best mechanic I have ever had the fortune to meet, works quickly and efficiently for very reasonable cost. A very talented man who really knows his stuff, I would never take any of my vehicles elsewhere and feel lucky to have Tim looking after us. Nothing is too much for him and he is extremely knowledgeable. Great guy, great garage, great service!

   Offered on a car, offer accepted and was advised offer was due to provision I could collect asap. I agreed, insured the car arranged to go collect car, seller was aware of date. I rang day before collection to confirm and was advised car needed work, I was happy to wait until work was done, no contact from garage. I have rung multiple times emailed asking for an update. No word from garage after 2 weeks, I have lost money by insuring this car and they cannot even be bothered to let me know anything. Car is still advertised for sale. I would avoid at all costs not at all professional, if this is how they behave I worry about their honesty in all respects.
