   Natasha is a wonderful solicitor. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and clearly really cares about her job. She also manages to navigate her work in a very human, kind and compassionate way. I felt I could completely trust her, and like I clearly understood what was happening at all times. I also felt Natasha was keen to have a good understanding of my voice at all times too. I can't recommend Natasha highly enough. When I occasionally came across other members of staff for Goughs they were also lovely, and professional.

   Goughs went above and beyond what you might expect from a solicitor. Many times in the past I’ve had the excuse from a solicitor for delays such as “I was on holiday” or “I was off sick”. Goughs handled themselves professionally and whenever there were holidays etc, the case file was handed to a colleague who completed all the necessary actions. Apart from my first buyer pulling out (not Goughs fault in any way), it was a stress free and efficient conveyancing experience.

   We used Goughs Solicitors recently for the conveyancing of a house sale and a separate property transfer. Our solicitor was Donna Linden who was at all times professional, courteous and efficient. Donna offered really knowledgeable and helpful advice on the best procedures at each stage of our transactions. Communication was excellent with replies to emails and telephone calls always received swiftly. I highly recommend Donna and her assistant Dawn, who was also very helpful and professional.

I have complex mental health disabilities and Tom’s professionalism, understanding and a willingness to go above and beyond, made an extremely difficult time, more bearable. The outcome was all that we planned for, and one that set my new life map out, with a very positive start. In short, I would highly recommend Goughs and all they stand for.
