   Absoloute disgrace of a business. I'm a trader and have been using this kwik fit for the past 5 years. Usually they have never refused a job. But for the past couple of months out of 20 jobs they have accepted maybe 3 jobs. And every other time they have brushed me off. They have had a change of staff I believe, because the usual people ain't there anymore. These new lot just want to sit and have tea breaks. Because after being refused, because they told me they was super busy, I parked across the road just to see why i kept getting refused.They had one car on the ramp and wasn't even doing anything to the car. They was gossiping. I highly advise people to stay away from this branch especially. It has put me off using kwik fit all together. The old group of staff never refused me. And had my cars ready when they said it would be ready. BOYCOTT

   Zahid and team were really amazing. Was seen withing 2-3 mins. Excellent service. Needed front passenger wheel replacing and had them check other tyres. Zahid, advised which other tyre needed replacing and why. Was really polite and professional. Would definitely come here again if any issues with tryes etc in future.

   great experience at Kwik Fit. Ali was extremely helpful, polite, and very professional throughout. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done to a high standard. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days, but Ali really went above and beyond. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kwik Fit, especially with Ali’s excellent support.

   I went into kwik fit for help with my tyre pressure, I had never done my tyre pressure before so it were all new to me. The manager, Jacob were absolutely amazing and very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be recommending.

   5 star friendly from Bradford. Travelling from Sunderland to NW, losing pressure. Called into Sunderland Kwik Fit on Thursday to ask if they could take a look as had a 4 hour drive home, told can’t look until Saturday. Ended up booking hotel half way and not making it home. Losing more pressure call Bradford … what a difference in service, ‘ ‘ Bring it straight in, I think it will be a quick fix.’ and it was! In and out inside of 2 minutes. Ceased valve fixed, all tyres checked. 5 star friendly service. Thanks Team Bradford, rare to get that sort of service nowadays. Had Sunderland took the 2 minutes , would have saved me a hotel and could have had a night at home with family.

   I visited earlier this as I was recommended to go here by another garage within Bradford as these guys had the tyre I was looking for. Service was top notch, Amir was very friendly and helpful and did exactly what I needed to get back on the road. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone.
