   The pricing practices here are not straightforward. When you request a quote and proceed with the service, you often find that the final bill is significantly higher. Upon inquiry, they claim that the quoted price covers only the parts, excluding labor. It feels deceptive, as they draw you in with a low quote and then impose exorbitant charges. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

   One of the most reliable and knowledgeable team I have come across by far. would definitely use again. Had an issue with the car and other garages couldn’t figure out, Park lane garage got to the root cause straight away I know for next time not to waste my hard earnt money. If your a car fanatic and like to stay ontop of your car they’ll tell you what is common faults on your car and what to look out for nothing beats that never had that service anywhere else. Highly appreciated advice and highly recommend

   Most professional and friendly garage I’ve ever been to. I only moved to the area last yr so have relied on Google reviews on where to take my car. Asam who dealt with my car was so knowledgeable when I explained the issue with my brakes. He kept me updated and even videoed a clip to explain to me what the issues were when he stripped the car back. I was then shown the parts taken off where it was damaged and given 12 months guarantee! Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else

   Assim did a service on my car, did a excellent job, also gave me some advise on a broken part in my car, he advised me the part to buy and fitted it for me with no extra cost. Assim knows his stuff and will always look out for the customer needs first. Top man would recommend him to anyone. keep up he good work.
