   Really friendly coffee and cake spot with regular customers and staff who have worked there for years. Yes, it’s a chain, but it’s still got a real personality of its own (the staff play a huge part in this) and it’s the best actual coffee by far of all of the big chains.

   This is by far the best cafe Nero I have visited. Ian the manager goes above and beyond for this company, even starting his shift early (unpaid) to ensure everything is set up and ready to go. Tables are clean and tidy, and so are the toilets. Staff are friendly and efficient. I hope management at cafe Nero appreciate Ian, as hard working, loyal staff need RECOGNITION!!!

   Always my coffee shop of choice. Love the drinks, food and friendly staff. Nice little seating area outside if the weather's dry to watch the world go by. Use the app for extra treats. Lovely festive choices now too!

   Just off of the Albany Road this is a useful stop for a top up of caffeine. The offerings are standard for Café Nero but the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The staff are friendly and helpful.
