The nicest soft play for under 3/4 year olds. My kids love it. Always so clean and tidy and the perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst you can see everything the kids are doing!

Absolute shocking service I walked to the counter and the girl asked me what I wanted. I tried to order a sandwich to which I was told they are closed. I stated you close at 4pm it 3.55. She said we are closed as we are understaffed. I said your here. Can you make the sandwich please. No was the answer As I walked away another member of staff appeared so I said there’s two of you now. Can you please make the sandwich. He said no. We close at 4. I said it’s 3.55. Not 4pm. We cleaned down now he said. I said that’s not my problem you closed. You stated 4pm. It’s 3.55. They were not having any of it. No customer service, closed early to suit themselves. It’s a sandwich which takes 2 minutes at most. Don’t go here Reply It was not 3.58. It was 3.55. I was perfectly polite in conversation and when I questioned this. Your staffs attitude was out of order and not mine. I would suggest hiring staff with less attitude. Wether it’s busy or not. You are providing a service. Busy is not an excuse. Your staff stated they close at 4pm and like I said it was 3.55. So it’s pretty irrelevant that they started closing early. You clearly have not investigated this at all and it wouldn’t surprise me that it was you I spoke to. Clearly my comments have not been taken seriously. And the fact that you prioritised closing down early over serving customers, because you couldn’t be bothered to make one sandwich. Says everything anyone needs to know about this place. Also you can clean, serve someone, then go back to cleaning. It’s pretty standard stuff. It’s called cleaning as you go and every good business does this in hospitality.

Reasonable little coffee shop overlooking the indoor pool. Coffee not bad and food ok, service lets the place down as does the layout and ambiance of the place

Garlic bread with cheese is Devine !! Service with a smile, also tried a panini and am happy to admit I will be returning. Iced coffees are top tier, accompanied with a shortbread. The perfect Saturday in my opinion, one happy customer :)

I don't usually write reviews like this but I had a horrible experience at this cafe today. The woman was working on her own, and was very busy. Another woman who was in front of me kept ordering stuff for her friends while my daughter and I waited. They had a long extensive list and kept adding to it as their friends walked up. My daughter. (She is only 4 years old) was getting very very impatient kept crying because she wanted her crisps. It was a trying moment as I was getting a bit stressed at my daughter because she kept hounding me. The woman who was working behind the counter then all of the sudden tells me off and says there is no reason to be stressed because she is on her own etc. I had not even said anything to the woman working, she just said this this to me for no reason. I found this very rude and I'm still shocked I was told off for just patiently waiting in line for a drink. She assumed I was upset with her when i was upset about my daughter being impatient. I felt singled out and embarrassed when she told me off. I go this cafe on a regular basis with my daughter because she attends a few things at the youth club, and I don't think I can ever go back because the way I was treated. I told the woman I don't know why she thought the way she did. ..I had not even said anything to her! I have worked in customer service my whole life and this is no way at all to speak to people.

Not a great experience. Was refused tap water instead of the set coffee and tea on the breakfast menu. Was told they don't do squash or anything like that. They couldn't do a child's scrambled egg on toast apparently because they need two eggs to scramble (??). A standard breakfast for me and my 2 year old (without drinks) came to over £8 which is madness!! Also, it took nearly 30 mins to arrive... wouldn't recommend.
