   This place needs to update its computer systems there still working in the Stone Age always supplying the wrong parts then refuses to take them back most of the parts supplied ain’t up OE standards and always fail I would highly recommend avoiding this place you can see why euro car parts and Parker’s are so successful for one if the parts are incorrect they are always happy to make sure they change it or refund you most importantly the parts are upto OE standard rather than cheap unbranded parts that are constantly incorrect or faulty if you want your vehicle to be reliable pay the extra and get quality parts that will last

   Quite simply the best demonstration of why a properly run, family owned business outstrips service and performance of any retail chain in the automotive aftermarket supply space. I use this place routinely as first port of call for any parts or tools needs I have for my cars, and have had no reason to look elsewhere for over 20 years. On the rare occasion a part is not in stock (I struggle to recall the last time) they will get it the same day for no extra charge. I've joked with the owner that I'm sure you could build your own Bentley from scratch if you wanted to, as they are sure to have all the components in stock.

   Used to be a great place to get a spare part at a good price. Unfortunately they now seem to think the telephones are more important than the customer stood in front of them, they keep you waiting, as they chat away on the phone.    Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have parts for 30 year old vehicles and brand new ones. If they do not have it , they will get it the same day for you. Always found prices good and parts top quality. A real Motor factors, sells car parts and tools not pop and sweets like others. Do not expect E Bay prices as this is a real business with instant parts in your hands. The prices are close to E Bay though. Been using this shop for over 30 years and even the Garage I worked for used them.
