   A few weeks ago, my husband and I bought a used 2010 Kia Ceed from a dealership a couple of hours away from Coventry. On our drive home, we noticed a loud noise coming from underneath the car whenever we reached around 60 mph. We contacted the dealership, and they advised us to take the car to a local mechanic once we got back home. That’s how we ended up at Coventry Service Centre, where Jack kindly booked us in the very next day. After inspecting the car, Jack suspected that the gearbox was at fault. What truly stood out was his patience—he took the time to explain technical terms in a way I could actually understand, which made a huge difference. Thanks to his clear explanation and honesty, I felt informed and confident when going back to the dealership with our concerns. Following Jack’s assessment, the dealership carried out further investigations and confirmed that the gearbox was indeed faulty—they are now replacing it.    Been for 2 MOT's here. Honest, pleasant, professional. On my second MOT they even went a little extra to correct a small fault that otherwise would have failed it. Which if they really wanted to, could have charged me extra for a repair.

   Highly reccomend this garage, called in the morning to see if they could have a look at my car after having multiple serious issues with it. They gave me their time and were thorough and professional when initially discussing the issues I was having . They followed up later that day with an honest and in depth phone call on what work needed doing. Very professional and good garage who clearly care and offer fantastic customer service. I would recommend this garage to everyone.

   Took my car for Mot and I was called to collect my car, and when I went I noticed a huge scratch on the car that they won’t take responsibility for. The scratch is so obvious, if it was there before hand, I definitely would have noticed. If you take your car there take before and after pictures.
