First time visit as I had a few faults that I wanted looking at as well as Mot and service. Usually go to independent garages or chains. I thought the service was very good from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and I have confidence in the work. I particularly liked the inspection video on the service. I can feel the difference in the car now. It was expensive but after bad experiences elsewhere I think you get what you pay for. Thanks, I will be back next year

The service team were very good but I was disappointed that I was being charged for washer fluid when the tank was full. Whilst this was not a lot of money it reflects on the lack of attention paid to the condition of the vehicle and communication with the service engineers. Also, I was told when I bought the vehicle that it had wireless charging capability but apparently it does not although the sales person insisted he used it whilst he had been driving the car.

Would have been 5/5 if the plug sockets were closer to the table and chairs. I needed to work for the dealership and power supply locations isn't great. However, for the actual service/MOT outstanding. I really appreciated the technician taking the time to explain in layman's terms the best things to do with advisories. They really remove the anxiety and worry from the situation. Great customer service. Thanks.

The satnav on my new Leon started behaving erratically. Listers did an update on the infotainment system, but then the radio and voice control on started turning themselves on unrequested. The car went in for a further 4.5 hours and the problem wasn't solved. I will have to book it in again. That's a total of 9 hours so far.

John was very professional and informative with regards to what was happening with my car when it was in for a service and M.O.T, the video from the technician was also very helpful, special mention to the Valeter’s though as every time my car has been booked in it has came back looking great! :)
