   Excellent service, prompt with appointments, had 2'oclock appointment, been there on time, said 2 hour job, but was ready within 1 hour, 100%percent would recommend Autoglass. Heard they also fix the windscreen in the driveway, but I didn't had that option to choose when choosing the slot. Apart from that everything was done by them including contacting the insurance to claim the windscreen cover.

   Actually going to have the glass changed was easy, although there isn't much parking. The staff were nice and friendly, the work was done to a high standard, and quicker than expected. I can only award Autoglass 3 stars because of the experience as a whole. Booking an appointment was atrocious, It took 4 attempts! The booking center kept changing it then, giving me inappropriate times eg 7.30pm :( I would have taken my business elsewhere, but my insurance only uses Autoglass, unfortunately. It was so frustrating!

   Absolutely brilliant. Arrived. Met by a smiling man. Introduced himself. Told me what was going to be done. It was done quickly efficiently and politely. I was in a comfy reception whilst the work was carried out. If I have a problem I am told to phone. No problems whatsoever. Very pleased and thank you

   Terrible service. Called Thursday morning and booked 5 hour slot to wait on Saturday. No call back from them to confirm. Just found out Friday afternoon that they don't accept Zurich insurance. The guy we booked it with works for Belron and they don't communicate with the local team or the Head Office teams. Not even a reply E mail back from him when we E mailed twice to find out what was happening with the booking. Had to chase to find out that they don't work with Zurich at all. No call from the underwriters either. Nothing. Poor show. Don't use. The TV marketing is all hype and they don't work with all the insurers on the market at all but did want us to pay £395 instead. Just cancelled the booking.
