   This place is dangerous for health. Hygiene is zero, Trading Standard Agency needs to take an action against them as well as Health and Safety. The staff is never clean - I don’t even know if they ever had a shower in their life time. Managers are rude and clueless and they need to be sent back to the head office for further training. Staff don’t know how to make coffee they just fill it with lukewarm milk and that’s it coffee ready. I am reporting it to the high standard agencies and the Council. Be prepared for the visit. Customers need to Boycott this place. I am and my family and friends are. Rude and dirty staff. I have seen staff on multiple occasions scratching and rubbing parts of body and then not washing hands and straight serving customers. This is horrible

   My first visit to Starbucks Coffee in Cardiff Bay Grangetown is an ideal place to stop for coffee and cake or other food also they have a Drive through. In the Coffee shop it is quiet and the atmosphere is peaceful. I loved it.

   Great location , great layout , looks mostly well kept . I've only had the brownie and they are very good. Latte very good . Over all very good. Cant give it five stars because I feel like they are understaffed and fall behind on clearing dirty tables and mess on floor.

   Atmosphere is non existent. Feels like you've stepped into a hybrid working office. No background noise or music. Service is good. Food is alright, expensive for what it is. Coffee is good and that is what counts!!

   I'd not choose a starbucks because i am not a fan of their coffee, and the temperature of the 'hot' drinks is pretty tepid. If i have no alternative, then I do go, and the staff at this one were nice enough, doing the job. The seating area is alright- what I'd expect from a Starbucks. Overly air-conditioned at times and not a cosy option. But serves a purpose.

   I visit here all the time, at least once a week. The staff are always great and the serve time is generally pretty quick, even when it's really busy. I would have given 5 stars but sometimes, too often I think, the indoor service and seating area is closed earlier than advertised on the door which can be annoying and I'm forced to use the drive through.

   I just had a lunch in Starbucks, and this is what I did get for £4.45 . This was tomato,mozzarella and red pesto panini. It was no enough filling in the panini for the price. When asked member of staff, she said so many people complain about something. Starbucks I think you can do better

   Very busy drive through and eat in Starbucks. The service is always good, but setvice can be slow at times due to the volume of people there. At the time of writing their outside garden is being renovated so is closed at the moment.
