Some how an item i bought had broken i have the receipt i have the box i have the part,the part fits my van but the part no.does not go to the box even though both no.s fit my van and now 175 pounds down the drain
Ordered a part and was told it would be in 10.30am the next day after WAITING till1.30 pm the dpd van turned up and apparently drove off with my part eventually the truth of the matter finally came out the part had not even been ordered and that info came from the extremely rude boss man so for 3 hours I was lied to and treated like an idiot I would not use these again even parts purchased in the past were of cheap substandard chinese parts I do not reccomend Hinckley motor parts
Ordered some wiper blades as one of mine had split and collected 10 minutes later. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even fitted them for me, which really helped me out. A big thank you to everyone and especially Paul for all his help!
