   I visited this Costa Drive-Thru at 10:50 PM yesterday (please see this on CCTV) while traveling from London for a Christmas party. I waited at the ordering speaker for several minutes; the machine was flashing, but despite me saying "hello" multiple times, no one acknowledged me. I drove to the first window, where a staff member was busy counting money. I waited there for another three minutes (out of courtesy for her to finish counting as I appreciate it was the end of the day), waving and even revving my engine to get her attention, but I was completely ignored. I eventually parked in the bays and went inside, only to be told, "You can't order inside, it's Drive-Thru only." When I explained the situation, the woman claimed a "glare on the window" meant she couldn't see my car. This is a poor excuse - I shouldn't have to get out of my car to knock on a window at a Drive-Thru after the machine at which you usually place the order doesn’t respond. While a male staff member was understanding and apologized, the overall lack of awareness felt incredibly lazy. I left without ordering. Extremely disappointed.

   Positives - Toilets are clean - Background music is not too loud and not so quiet that you feel like you're eavesdropping on the next table's convo. - For the size of the place, there is a good amount of seating, probably around 50 seats. Negatives I ordered a slice of gingernut cake and a medium latte. The cake feels stale and tastes stale, like it was made a week ago. The latte looks like dishwasher water and doesn't taste much better either. If costa took as much pride in its products as it does in the maintenance of this cafe, this place would have raving reviews.

   We visited this Costa coffee shop mid-morning on a Monday and were very surprised at how busy the car park and coffee shop were. Despite how full the car park was, there were still a couple of spaces available. We were served very quickly at the till and, despite the coffee shop being busy, there were still a few tables available. We were both very happy with our hot drinks.

   Clean costa with friendly staff. Shame they had no sandwiches, wraps or bread as I was hungry. Toilets could be cleaner. 4 stars as it was exceptionally bright inside the cafe yet the outside carpark could be a bit better lit.

   New costa coffee drive thru just off the A48. A medium sized cafe with ample parking space. Nice seating inside with a lots tables and sofas.
