   dirty, soft seating area cordoned off for no good reason, sit in drink inexplicably served in a takeaway cup... when it’s £4.10 for the base black coffee you've got to do better I’m afraid.

   Prioritised drive thru customers. There was 5 in store orders waiting while drive through were being served. Terrible management waited 20 minutes and all I ordered was a small takeaway matcha latte. Won't be returning.

   i love Starbucks coffee and regularly visit sites across the UK, this one has a strange vibe, the staff never smile or engage with you , so 4 stars for the coffee and service and atmosphere only get 1 star Update - I've moved this to 5 stars as recently there's been new staff arrive who smile and engage with you

   Barry Starbucks has gone down in standards quite substantially as of late. Whilst my coffee and food was on par the cleanliness and over all state of the facilities were abysmal. The disabled toilet was broken, a load of toilet roll just sat at the bottom of the pan and the toilet seat hanging off. As a disabled person who sometimes has to use the taller loo, I had to resort to using the other toilet which wasn't much better. No toilet roll and seat also loose. I was very dissapointed.

   I am sorry but I have to say Starbucks is losing its quality, it's pricey and I much rather prefer to go to a local cafe. For the third time, I say I want to eat in, and I get given a paper cup. I ask for the coffee to be prepared in a mug, and they always have an excuse for not using mugs. I think they are just lazy and don't want to wash them. Honestly, for the price you get a much better deal somewhere else. Poor quality.

   The tables were dirty and not cleaned. The service was ok but the hot chocolate was disappointing it was powdery and not warm enough. The music was a little too loud.
