A terrible dental surgery. The earliest appointment offered are 12 months from now. Also the reception staff are very rude in the way they talk to ALL customers. I'm sure they deal with a lot of difficult customers, but that's no excuse to treat the nice customers like dirt.

I've lost count of how many dentists I've had at this practice - no continuity My last visit for a filling was with the hygienist (Liz) not the dentist?!* I have now had a check up cancelled for November as dentist has left! And been told to phone in November! Nearer the time! My partner has turned up today for a check up to be told appointment is cancelled!! With no prior warning! Service is very poor.

Used to be a really good practice. Since end of last year it has gone down hill big time. I went for a routine checkup and after the dentist finished & I got home I bloody had a throbbing shooting toothache. It got infected! I was fuming. They would not give me a emergency appointment. I was left in throbbing pain and infection for days. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all cost!

I have been terrified of the dentist my entire life, came here for the first time as a private patient and the service, professionalism and care is second to none. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now I am a patient here. I am so excited for my new smile! Thank you so much!

This intially used to be an ok practise but has desceneded into a money making farce of a practise. I was parking up to my appointment on the road outside and received a call from the practise stating I was having my aopointment cancelled as I was 2 minutes late!!! Things do happen accidents and the such deposited leaving as much time as possible. They clearly are trying to pack as many patients in on the assembly line and this must affect patient safety The practise now asks for money upfront in a very rude and untrusting manner. Now should they not have the practises or processes or staff in place to ensure payment after as thousands of practises across the country do that is something they need to recrify. You always inevitably need to go to the desk at the end anyway to make your appointment. I won't go into the conduct of individual dentists but suffice to say being able to communicate to patients in clear manner fluently should be a undoubted prerequisite in their practise and in some cases its badly lacking I have changed to a dentist that now has none of the deficiencies above
