   0/10!!! Shocking. So I Ordered Brunch on Mother’s Day. Was then given Afternoon tea which we didn’t mind until it was brought out. We were given stale Tiny Sandwiches (3 each of a tiny square of bread). These terrible cracker with just Guacamole on top and pepper. And Lastly the deserts as shown in the picture which were horrible. We were told that we get a complimentary drink with the afternoon tea. I ordered a lemonade and my sister ordered a coke. I had one sip and left the lemonade as it was horrific I even tried to add a sugar cube that was on the table to give it some sort of flavour. This was also the case with the coke that my sister ordered. As stated on the menu all it says is afternoon tea £25. Assuming £25 for all 3 of us…. NO I was so wrong. I had already paid a £15 deposit which would come off the total at the end. I was in complete shock to be told the total for the afternoon tea for 3 PEOPLE WAS £75!!!!!! IT WAS £25 EACH! I’m not one to do this and write something like this but honestly I was so heartbroken as it was Mother’s Day and wanted something really special and then to be absolutely ripped off. And to top this horrible experience off after eating The food my poor mum was violently sick. 0/10!!!

   Very nice and cute place for breakfast and coffee. Our sandwich was delicious and the coffee was very good too! They have vegetarian food and a few cakes and pastries too!

   Have visited twice. First time, went to the counter to order and was told to take a seat, someone would come over and take my order. Second time, took a seat, waited a while and realised that people were going to the counter to place their order. Bit confusing but food is lovely and once ordered it doesn't take long to come.

   A disappointing experience overall. Server was polite when we arrived and let us know a 30 min wait on food. We did however wait 25 minutes for our coffee and about an hour for our poached eggs on toast. Understand it was a bit busy, but what we found poor was that no one communicated with us about the wait, and no apology was given on our exit. Felt as though the staff couldn't care less. Possibly recommend if quiet, but overall a poor experience.

   In a world of fast food and fast coffee this is the place to come to enjoy tea and coffee at a slower more sophisticated pace. My V60 coffee was well worth the wait - served in a conical flask and accompanied with a pallet cleanser it was a very mellow way to enjoy coffee, so far removed from the burnt roasts of high street chains. We also enjoyed the avocado and chocolate cake (sounds odd, looks odd - tastes amazing) and the lemon and lime cake.

   Went with my best friend recently. The decor and atmosphere was very calming and peaceful. We sat at a comfy table and got on with our work since it was so peaceful :) I got a pumpkin spice latte - really lovely and warming! The staff were so lovely and helpful when we asked for the WiFi. Would go again when the kitchen is open because we missed it :( Will be back!! Would recommend!
