I was in Cardiff for my convocation and visited this costa shop. Amazing super friendly staff. Always smiling and helpful. Great coffee and great atmosphere. One of the best costa experiences in UK without a doubt.

Very nice hot chocolate. My friend who I was with, noticed one member of staff eating behind the counter. She, said that was bad conduct, for people in the hospitality business.

This place used to be Lloyds bank now converted into a Costa which I must say is handy in the dead center of canton .good service as always when it comes to Costa coffee. Glad one is in canton
