    Full service and MOT completed quickly and to a high standard. It’s often tough to find a garage you can truly trust, since garages often have a reputation for overcharging or not being upfront. But in this case, I really feel like I’ve found a one I can rely on. They made sure I knew about any additional costs beforehand, which was expected with my nearly 20-year-old car, and they communicated everything clearly and kindly. Their team, from the drivers picking up and dropping off the car to the folks in the garage, was friendly and professional throughout. I left feeling confident that my car was in excellent shape. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future.

    Avoid this garage. Total lack of professionalism. I brought my car here on 08/11/2025 for MOT-related work. I’ve owned my vehicle for 5 years and I know every single part on it. After their service, I discovered that the engine undertray (plastic shield under the car) was completely missing, even though it had been installed for years and was definitely still on the car when I arrived. There is no logical explanation for how a part bolted to the car can simply “disappear” unless someone removed it. When I returned to ask about it, the staff became extremely defensive and refused to take any responsibility, denying what was clearly obvious. On top of that, they called me back for the MOT retest, but when I arrived, they told me they “didn’t have time” and that I should come “during the week” — despite the fact that I work during the week. Calling a customer in, then turning them away with no apology and no solution is absolutely unacceptable. I was treated with an attitude that was disrespectful, disorganised, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone to be extremely careful with this garage and to check their car thoroughly after any work, and be prepared for delays, broken promises, and a total lack of organisation. I will never return here, and I have already started official complaints through the UK consumer protection channels.

    If I could givee no stars I would. Absolutely terrible. Booked in online so we arrived and they had no record of the booking. They wouldn't do the MOT as they blamed the online booking system saying they weren't always notified of bookings. Do not use a booking system that doesn't book a car in!

    The communication from then was very poor. Felt very pressed to pay for parts that the garage said I needed to a tune of £1700.. car was meant to be back by Thursday am. As had an hospital appointment.. called and told 5pm, called at 5pm told 630pm. No car. Called Friday morning and car had a puncture and had to really push to get then to sort it as they wanted to bring back with a flat tyre. Car was brought back filthy and smelling of cigarette smoke.. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

    This garage has good management- however attention to details might be lacking. Had a wheel change - the car cap was not put on., the tyre did not have the right pressure, the glue was left out.. recommended but check your car before driving off.

    Booked them through servicing stop for a full service, then paid them extra for a brake and coolant flush. Got the car back with smoke coming off the radiator. Showed it to a local guy who showed the brake fluid still black and the coolant unchanged because the radiator was leaking in the first place and they'd have to replace that before they could do any fluid flush. Didn't even stamp my service book but they ticked it off as done on the checklist. Talking to service stop to get my money back

    These guys are actual crooks! They had my car in for service & MOT through servicing stop. Gave me a long list of very expensive tasks that didn't need doing... The hundreds of pounds I paid clearly wasn't enough because when my car was returned they had STOLEN my belongings amd are now ignoring me. Use this garage at your risk

    So I contacted this garage as my car needed repairing when I was away for work, found this garage quite close to my work place. contacted them and they were able to fit me in the within 2 days, they also collected my car which made it easier for me. They informed me and communicated well with me at all times letting me know exactly what needed repairing before any work was due to be carried out. They also gave me the car back on the day which was excellent as I rely on my car quite a lot. The staff and team are great, they carried out the work professionally and I haven’t experienced any further issues since. I would definitely recommend this garage! Amazing work! Keep it up!
