   Excellent service Wayne was very pleasant and helpful explaining it was a large motor with big tyres so it would take about 2 hrs and it was actually ready after 1.5 hours which worked out perfectly All work done and ready to go will definitely use again I had shopped around and they were the best for price for my tyres

   Took my car for its MOT. Major fail on Exhaust leaking gases. When asked what is actually wrong with it, the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders, and a 'I dont know' followed by could be the back box, could be the front and their advise was to take to a place called Chrome to see if it just needs welding. Took it to a family run garage instead who said to come back in the morning. Just visited and the mechanic showed me the actual problem and my exhaust has literally corroded away from the joining flange of the back box and the middle pipe. Basically the back box was literally hanging on by a thread. A 2 year old would probably be able to pull it off. The damage has not recently happened and the state of corrosion has been for a very, very long time so why was there no mention of anything of any signs of corrosion, holes splits etc 11 months ago?. Who knows!!!!! MOTs seem to be either too repetitive or inconsistent, for example 1 advisory stated corrosion on brake ferel yet the following year nothing and no work been done. This has taught me that paying into the halfords club to get a free mot is not worth it. I thought that going to Halfords, I could trust them over any backstreet garage as they are working for a nationwide company so would not benefit. But my faith has now been lost in Halfords! You never know unless you stand over anyone what they do to your vehicles!

   Very disappointed with Halfords Auto Centre Nuneaton. I booked and paid in full for a full service, travelled all the way from Coventry, even took a day off work and arranged school transport for my kids — only to be told they can’t do my service because of staff shortage. No call, no email, no message! Completely unprofessional and careless. They wasted my time, money, and effort. Avoid this branch unless you want to be let down at the last minute.

   Had to attend 3 times for major service, they were unable to change oil due to damaged sump plug which was replaced a year before. Lost engine splash cover after the 2nd visit and they are saying it was loose before. Was using their service for years and only now they rewarded me with no refund, no service and blocked live chat to chase the case.

   Booked my MOT for my motorbike here about a week ago. Called today to ask for advice on how to jump start my bike as its been a while since I used it just to be told that they don't do motorbike MOT. So why was everything booked and my money taken? Good thing I called this morning otherwise I would've wasted my time and effort. Apparently this happens a lot so wouldn't it be a good idea to have your marketing team sort it?
