    The Vass team did a fantastic job when I needed my car repaired quickly before a trip abroad the following weekend, and my usual garage couldn't fit me in. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, fitted them and I had it back within 48 hours. The car's as good as new. Amazing work. Thanks boys.

    Took in my daughters Seat Ibiza which we had purchased from another garage and was under warranty. The warranty company had said take it to a garage, get an estimate price and work to be carried out, and they would pay me. So thought I would take it to this garage as it was a specialist for the vag group vehicles, I told them the situation and also made it clear I would pay them as soon as vehicle work completed, even if warranty company hasn’t paid me before that. Which they said was fine, the issue with the car, it wasn’t idling correctly and also had an oil leak from sump and also there was a suspension knocking noise. I left it with them, for them to call me soon after telling me the timing was incorrect, the oil leak also suspension noise that needed to be further investigated. They charged me £84 for a quick 10 minute look over. They told me it could be this or that, so not an actual diagnosis. I paid them and picked the car up. I needed the car fixing asap so said okay, can you give me an estimate quote for the work to be carried out. They said they couldn’t give me even a rough price estimate. I said okay do what you can as I need the car repaired. They said they would contact me, I waited a couple of days, then I contacted them again a few times over the next couple of weeks, they wouldn’t answer the phone or no they wouldn’t reply to my emails or messages. Then eventually I phoned and got through to Gary, who said leave it with him and he would see what he could do and get the car in asap. 5/6 weeks later still waiting. So I eventually went elsewhere and had everything sorted on the car within a couple of days. What an unprofessional company VASS is. Dont go by company logos and signs, that does not make a company actually professional or great. Really surprised how unprofessional they actually were. If they did not want to carry out the work, just tell the customer straight. Don’t waste their time. I think they were happy just making their £84 in a few minutes for telling me what I knew and just guessing. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I had the option. I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt really annoyed and let down and think people need to know what they treat their customers like. I enclose the so called diagnosis invoice.

    I simply cannot offer high enough praise for Gaz and his team. They simply do a great job and proactively look for ways of saving you money. THAT is future proofing their business and my custom. So much so, I'm sticking with Audi rather than another brand, furthermore, you can trust them when they say specialist, they really are. Thanks guys!
