   I highly recommend this place. From the moment I spoke to Josh to arrange a time to bring my car in he was incredibly polite, friendly, efficient and above all he was fantastic at finding a more convenient time than my insurance company had suggested. The job itself (replacement windscreen) was carried out by another professional, polite and efficient gentleman. Super quick service. Lovely staff. Can't recommend the place highly enough.

   Poor expertise and they could not sort the calibration after replacing the front windshield. I advise you all to avoid this company. Alex who works at reception initially asked me to go to Nissan company or contact my Insurance company to sort the issue. After I protested that it is their job to sort it, she backed down and agreed for one more appointment to complete the job.

   Easy to book online for a replacement windshield. Parking can be busy at 0830. Nordglass used for replacement on VW Golf. Took 3 hours from drop off to driving away. Staff friendly, no complaints!

   Booked for a windscreen replacement a couple of days ago, but was a complete no show. Called office several times but no answer, emailed but email address on website no longer in use. Only used these as they're the only company my insurance company would cover the cost for. No call about booking being delayed, even though I was told I'd be contacted on day of fitting. Had to pay full price with Autoglass now due to no contact and unable to get hold of anyone and desperately needing my windscreen replacing. Shocking business!!

   Fantastic service, nice guys. Opted to drive up to them due to the weather forecasting rain. Did a great job on my windscreen, especially considering my car is an older model with a somewhat hard to find seal. The new windscreen does not have a cut out for the vin number, however this is not an issue as I can find it elsewhere on my car, just something to note. Business is in a good location, easy access and not too busy.
