I enjoyed having the separate room for our party however it took a very long time to get drinks at the bar and it wasn’t busy. Toilets weren’t great, most were missing toilet roll and didn’t look the cleanest. This was early in the night too. Otherwise the staff were helpful and great in ensuring we enjoyed ourselves.
From the doormen to the bar staff we couldn't fault their friendliness and polite service - considering it was a rugby day and busy ! Prices are really good for drinks, sat outside - only because meeting others and inside was quite busy, but great atmosphere inside & out !! Definitely recommend a visit to Steinbeck and Shaw !!
Lovely place, lovely atmosphere. The secruity guard is lovely just like a big teddy bear. He is always helpful and always up for a cuddle
