   The team at Douglass Motors help to fix my well loved Discovery 4. When my suspension decided not to work anymore, I was able to get my car into the workshop that morning and they were able to diagnose the issue (compressor) and replaced accordingly. Later a few other faults occured (EGR Valves) which they were also able to help replace and whilst doing so, Inform me of other items that would need attention. With this, I had a substantial bill, but all had been explained prior to works being carried out and I couldn't be happier. Every one on the team, Tom, Ryan, Danny & Ben and anyone else who assisted with the work I thank you all very much. For anyone arguing pricing or costs on here, I must outline that parts and labour on these vehicles isn't cheap and that comes with the territory of owning a land rover. Douglass Motors not only fixed all my cars issues, but as part of their services, they ensured to check the vehicle after 2 days to ensure all was well and all the levels were to their satisfaction. This isn't common garage practice so it was something that gave me piece of mind that they actually care about the running of my vehicle once they've worked on it. Thank you once again, and I will be highly recommending you guys to any other Landover owners.

   I had a problem with a locking nut on my Range Rover Sport. I had intended to remove the wheels so I could carry out some refurbishment on them but discovered that the wheel locking nut removal socket was missing and the dust cap on one of them had really seized on. I was advised that the best place to go was Douglas Motors for advice. On visiting them I had a lengthy discussion with Ryan who assessed the situation. He was quite honest with me and gave me two options. If the problem proved to be the most serious case then resultant damage to the wheel may occur making it a vary expensive job. If it turned out that the work did not have to be so extensive then a much cheaper option would be followed. As usual with my previous experience with other garages I usually expected the worst scenario. Ryan later contacted me with some unexpected good news, the job turned out far easier than thought ,saving me literally hundreds of pounds. Obviously I was over the moon with this good news. I much appreciated the honesty when Ryan initially confronted me with the options, at least I was forewarned about the possible expense. The team at Douglas Motors are obviously very professional not only with their work but their approach to customers.I would certainly recommend Douglas Motors and will certainly approach them in the future for an work on my Range Rover. Live in the village and will always try and support local business but genuinely couldn't be happier - thank you.
