If I could leave no stars then I would...... shocking behaviour from this garage. I went to them on very high recommendation from my best friend. My citreon ds4 2014 plate, heater blower completely packed up so I knew it was going to need some replacement. I leave my car for the day, all good. Get a call end of day saying my blower motor and restrictor needed replacing, with a quote of £550, bit shocked. The break down of the quote was £313 for parts £200 in labour! She then adjusted the quote to £513...... Tried to tell me its a 2 hour job, I'm not a complete novice, so I said thank you, paid the diagnostics fee, and said I will be taking my car elswhere....... I went to a very reputable mobile mechanics who did all in for £290..... thats £210 for the parts and 1 hour labour..... it took him 40mins, works perfectly. He burst out laughing when I mentioned nearly being charged for 2 hours labour! Said no way because of how easily accessible the blower motor is on this model. Shame on you for over inflating parts prices and doubling the labour which is already £100 an hour! Guessing you thought I wouldnt know better and would be an easy con. Disgusting behaviour. I urge anyone going here to do your research on what things actually cost, then do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Having suspicious feeling as too many things are happen 1. car always found to have a nail in any given tire or a light bulb needs replacing MOT/Service (car low 20k miles)at time 2. Break discs replaced..couple of wks later when washing found one nut coverr missing from eachwheel( 4) mentioned guy on holiday never got back .3 MOT Pass!! But left breaking light not fixed!!! breaking was mention briefly prior to the break disc replacement visit fix only to start again. Had enough and took apart check myself. The wire was so twisted it had been manually turned turned turned! Checked the right light for comparison flat cable in the correct position even in a hooked clip to keep it tidy. I unraveled so it to give slack from stretching from the tiny clips that gives the connection..few wks now perfect no problems. How can it be acceptable! I felt compelled to highlight what's my experiences have been,and hopefully make people aware and be vigilant.

After squeezing my car in very last minute to diagnose and fix my broken thermostat, I could not be more grateful and will continue to use this garage for as long as they trade! Car was booked in for them to look at some Issues. Waited over a week for an appointment which they said was their best day. Dropped my car off at 08:20 and by 1pm hadn’t heard anything so called the garage for an update. Guy on the phone said he hasn’t even looked at it and probably wouldn’t get chance. This was due to people going off sick, which is understandable and can’t be helped. But why not prioritise your cars and let those know straight away if you’re not going to get to the car? I shouldn’t have to be the person calling when I am paying you to do a job. My reason for the 1* was the lack of communication and care. I had been without a car most of the day. £30 in Ubers just for my car to be sat there, just a waste of time and money. If you’re unable to keep up with demand, then don’t book people in or recruit more staff. Collected my keys and didn’t even get an apology or the opportunity to rebook, so either out of their depths to fix my problem and couldn’t admit it or just don’t care.

I have nothing but praise for Kirit and his team. What a lovely bloke. My car was picked up from my house for MOT and small service. I am disabled and really appreciated this service. Kirit kindly kept me informed of progress and delivered my car back to me when everything had been completed . I found the charge very reasonable too. Their number is in my phone and I will certainly use them again. I also have no qualms about recommending them to friends and neighbours. First class !!

Changed brand new brake pad and disc 6 month ago, now having shakes when brakes, they told me to change another brand new one. I think as a garage should think about how to fix the brake instead of always telling customer to buy new one. Its just not right under such economic situation. I advise everyone, compare more than 3 garage before spend your hard earn money. Safety is the first thing that you and I and "good garage" really care about!!! Don't go to some garage that always try to rip-off your pocket.
