   It's my best mates local so everytime we go back to Cardiff we stop in as much as possible. The staff are brilliant and always welcoming. The food is always good (somehow they manage to keep it piping hot) and more than we can eat. Always love visiting there, its not a trip home until we've been to the birch.

   Celebrated my birthday in the Birchgrove, there were 18 of us. The food came out together and hot. The team werefriendly and helpful, and the new Manageress is lovely! Highly recommend the Birchgrove, lovely atmosphere and decorated for Christmas too. Thank you.

   Just returned from our first visit at the Birchgrove Inn and most definitely will be back. Service was prompt, food was great and the staff were very attentive. We visited with two toddlers in the late afternoon/ early evening and had a very pleasant experience. The pub has a great feel to it. I’m sure our next visit will be in the very near future - thank you!

   The pub offers plentiful of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly and you can easily order and pay, whether through the QR code at every table or at the bar. The food was quite tasty, reasonably priced, and with acceptable quantities. There is a good atmosphere with many friends and family gathering in a relaxed environment. There are a few TVs broadcasting sports events.

   I love the ambience here. Always warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a great selection of Brains beers. Sometimes they have my all time favourite cider 'Old Rosie's' too. Food is always great and is served quickly too so perfect for a quick lunch. The courtyard area has been recently revamped and is lovely on a hot summer day. Big sporting events are always on the big screen TV's and can be viewed from most tables. Always clean and tidy.

   Meal for 3 on Monday evening. Lovely welcome. Very reasonable drink prices (bottle of very nice wine £9.95!). Portion sizes generous. All meals cooked as requested and served in a timely manner. No problem with an adult having children's menu. Meal prices also more than reasonable. Really friendly staff. Will be back.
