   I’m so grateful to have found this place. I wanted to experiment with my hair colour but Shabana was very upfront and honest about the damage etc that it can cause and gave other options which would not be damaging or detrimental for my hair. So, I ended up going for a much better style and colour. Thank you Shabana for doing an amazing job and for being so lovely and honest. Will definitely be using Shabana for my hair cut/colour in going forward ! Saima x

   Went to have my hair coloured blue. I had black box dye on and they still managed to strip it and bring it to a beautiful blue/ green balayage. Amazing service, lovely staff. I really enjoyed my time here, the staff are amazing and really good at what they do- work very quickly and efficiently. Something went wrong the first time we tried to put in the blue and so she called me back and redid it for me free of charge- couldn’t be happier with the results- will defo be coming back with all my other hair and colour needs❤️❤️

   Would give these a 0 if could... After spending a long time growing my hair out from the bob I decided I wanted the bob back, the lady that usually did my hair no longer works their, a lady called Shabana did my hair, and omg what a mess she made of it, don't get wrong she was a lovely friendly lady but absolutely rubbish at a bob, I explained which bob I wanted and even showed her a pic, well I certainly didn't get what I asked for, I was (and still am) absolutely devastated at the mess, not only did she take far too much off she just cut chunks out of my hair one side is well shorter than the other, the back wasn't chipped in was just chunks taken out, it was like a toddler had cut my hair, was nothing like a bob, I was so upset in the salon they did offer to put it right but it was that much if a mess it couldn't be put right, I was given a full refund and they did admit made a right mess of my hair, this was in September and I'm still having trouble with my hair on one side they have damaged my hair badly, do NOT ask for a bob or a new hair style, they are okay ish at trims but avoid a new style Do not let Shabana cut your hair.

   My first time coming here and having shabana carry out a keratin treatment on my frizzy unmanageable hair. I can definitely say this treatment is worth it and works wonders. I haven’t had to use any heat at all since having it done. I can now wash my hair and let it air dry to see no frizz, lots of shine and my hair is lovely and straight. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back in 3 months for a top up.

   I have been to many hairdressers over the years, but this place is a real gem! I would NEVER go to any other hairdresser now. This place is the only place for me. They treat me so well, take the time to do a proper consultation and go in detail, and attention to detail with the cut is spot on too. They really know their stuff, in particular to colouring resistant hair. They always make sure I feel glamourous every time I walk out. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work!

   I had a haircut this week and she did an absolutely fabulous job, I asked for long layers and feathering around the front and it genuinely looked so pretty, it made my day. They were both lovely, very friendly and make you feel very comfortable while getting your hair done. They really take their time to make sure that you're happy with your hair and the way it looks. I would highly recommend this salon and I look forward to coming back soon!

   Fantastic service, extremely pleasant staff. The salon has a homely, comfortable feel. The staff welcomed me in such a pleasant way, I didn't feel out of place. Patch tests were carried out prior to the day. During my visit, the staff made sure I was comfortable with everything. The finish to my colour and style was excellent, I would definitely go back again. Worth every penny I paid, and definitely recommend.
