   From the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. My 7-year-old had a haircut followed by a wash and dry, and everything was done perfectly. The venue was clean and reflected calm ambience. Kelsey, the hairstylist, was so polite and friendly — she interacted with my little girl beautifully, which made the whole experience even better. The service never felt rushed, and every little detail was carefully considered, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this salon for ladies’ haircuts as well as for little girls.

   Took my little brother for a haircut with Andrea, and unfortunately, the experience was awful from start to finish. There was absolutely no customer service — Andrea didn’t even greet us or offer a basic “hello.” Her tone was robotic and cold. No proper consultation, no warmth, no effort to make my brother feel comfortable. The entire haircut took less than if not around 5 minutes, done with zero care or precision — just snip snip snip, and that was it. When we got home, we realised how bad the cut actually was. My brother felt really intimidated and uncomfortable during the appointment, and said he didn’t feel like he could speak up or say anything because she came across as very unfriendly and ‘scary’. It’s not nice hearing a young child hearing they felt uncomfortable. I ended up having to fix his hair myself at home, which says it all. Paid just under £20 for something that looked rushed and careless — definitely not worth it. We won’t be using Mario’s services again. Hugely disappointed.

   I had my hair done here today with the lovely and beautiful Mina! I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service today. She made my hair look and feel so beautiful. I have always wanted my hair to look a certain way and Mina exceeded my expectations. I put all my faith and trust in her and she did such an amazing job. I’m in love with my hair! She’s super friendly and knowledgeable too, she gave me so many tips and advice on how to maintain and look after my hair. I have received a ton of compliments. Thank you so much Mina, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend ♥️

   I absolutely love my hair!! Mina did such an amazing job to give me the ashy balayage I wanted, my hair was slightly damaged to start with due to being blonde for years, but Mina has brought it back to life and I love my colour, would highly recommend Marios, always the best service, will be back for my touch up in 6 months X

   Had bad experience with them lot.No professionalism at all. After one hour long wait I been told that we have shortage of staff. And we can't do your hair. Thn been told that we will rebook you and send you booking details but haven't received anything.

   Asked for light brown I walked out blonde! Can’t believe they didn’t listen. I asked to go a bit more darker and they started gossiping and laughing about me. Very disrespectful won’t be going there again. Money is definitely the priority there not the satisfaction. My hairdresser left me half way through and each member of staff came up one by one to have a look at my hair and each one of them walked away with a smile on their face. I felt like crying! Should have gone to super cuts at least they care.

   I needed to get my haircut ASAP, I also had some personal issues which were dealt with professionally and sensitively by Joanna. It was Zara who then cut my hair, but again nothing short of being professional! Zara was brilliant. I didn't know what type of hairstyle I needed as I hadn't much hair to work with, but she did a fantastic job and put me at ease! Left feeling very happy, and wish her all the best in the future! Thank you ladies!
