   Extremely rude service. As soon as I walked in, a guy approached me—no greeting, no basic courtesy—just looked at me and said, ‘Key.’ That was it. No explanation, no professionalism, nothing. Felt completely disrespected. Won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place. To respond to your reply: liar, liar. Your staff didn’t say anything except ‘Key.’ If I had been told anything else, I would’ve followed instructions. Second, why didn’t anyone inform me beforehand that I needed to remove the car seat? I’ve never done an MOT before, so I wasn’t aware of the rules. You just assumed I should know. Also, let’s be honest about the condition of the car. It wasn’t ‘full of mess’—it had a few returned packages and kids’ car seats, nothing extreme. Stop exaggerating to cover up poor service. And as for being late, I arrived 10 minutes after the appointment time, not 15. Get your facts straight.

   I have now got my car serviced here, after some bad experiences with other local garages. One time it was to replace a lightbulb and the other to replace the battery. Both times I didn't book in advance and the car was serviced within a couple of hours, which I did really appreciate. Will definitely come back!

   Great service and communication from the team. Took my care there last week for a service and to sort out a problem another garage couldn't. All done efficiently and very reasonably priced. Took my van there this week for a perceived fuel problem, they went through everything they could, couldn't find a problem and put my mind at ease. Didn't charge even when I offered to pay for their time. Will most definitely be using again.

   Had my parking sensor need pulling back through the bumper due to a small bump. They were available within a week and only took them 1 hour to sort it all out. VW quoted me £300 just to remove the bumper and would take 2 hours. Great mechanics very friendly will 100% be using them again in the future.

   A really good experience with the team. When I initially came to them with a problem they recommended two options (one cheaper and one more expensive) to try and solve the issue at a lower cost to me rather than go ahead and perform work that may not have been required. Despite a pricing issue on the final fix (a fuel rail) stemming from the supplier, when it came to the final work they ensured I was only billed the amount they initially quoted me rather than just adding it onto my bill. Absolutely my garage of choice moving forwards. Thanks guys, Dan
