   I am happy with the experience, got my car checked by my usual local mechanic and wasn't able replace the part needed and he refered me to this garage. They are a bit more expensive than what I am used to but I still fin it reasonable, my usual mechanic doesn't charge me for the diagnosis for example, or the parts are usually cheaper (but they seem to source higher quality ones too which I prefer). Anyways I had the car fixed with them, they were very professional, were able to accommodate me in a reasonable time and the process went smooth. When testing it, further work was needed as is quite an old car and had other parts broken. The recepcionist kept me updated the whole process asking for my authorization to proceed with the work. I also received at the end an itemized summary of what was done to the car along with all of the interactions. Very happy with the end result the car drives even better now. Will use them again.

   I’m extremely happy with the recent service carried out by VTS. With is both with the work undertaken and the costs.    Really impressed with VTS, I called them about servicing my BMW and they provided a range of quotes for the different levels of service. Booking in was as easy as anything and the lady (possibly ladies!) on the phone was very professional. They even picked up my car when, to my own fault, I realised I was going to have trouble getting it there. The price was absolutely reasonable and therefore I will certainly be using them again.

   I had a great experience with them. They replaced a drive shaft which I supplied and it was shorter and I ordered one with them and this one was good. But afterwards it was leaking oil from the gearbox and they replaced the seal twice with no extra cost on my part. The ladies answering the phone were very kind and polite. Would highly recommend this garage. George

   I have used their service three times in recent years. The first two are quite good. But the recent one has problems. After the service, about 1-2 day later my engine warning light keep flashing, using OBD reader I got the code, finally I found the back pressure pipe had been plug out and did not put back. Also, they replaced my brake. When I done the MOT, the MOT tester said "the new brake needs adjustment"...

   I do not recommend ! They canceled the service as for grain, claiming that they exchanged everything. And today I am at the mechanic's, as it turned out, the oil is not replaced at all, the same filters, little was found in the oil, metal pieces.
