Paid the £20 for collection and delivery. Cannot fault them at all. Great competitive price for a major service. I can’t recommend this garage enough! My car broke down recently and they managed to take it in the same day to have a look at it. It turned out there was quite a bit of work needed, but what I really liked was how they sent me a video explaining exactly what was wrong, really helpful and transparent! Everyone there is super friendly, and the receptionist is absolutely lovely. The whole team just gives off a really nice, genuine vibe. My husband also went recently because his handbrake wasn’t working, and again they were able to fit him in the same day. Communication is excellent, they even update you via WhatsApp, so you always know what’s happening and when your car’s ready. Overall, just a brilliant garage with great service and friendly people. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Cory's Car Repairs several times now, and every time it’s been a very professional experience. Everything went smoothly and to a high standard. I had some modifications done there to my Toyota Yaris, and they managed to complete them the same day. By the next day, my car was ready for collection. I also had my Audi A5 repaired at this garage — they quickly found the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and got everything fixed without delay. It was actually quite an emergency repair. I contacted them in the morning to ask if they could take my car in, and they accepted it the same day. Just a few days later, it was fully repaired and ready to go. They also advised what needs to be done to pass MOT. I’m really satisfied with their service and can confidently recommend this garage to anyone. They even sent me a detailed video explaining their findings, which I really appreciated. Dropped the car off, over 2 hours by mistake. The receptionist was very helpful, and said. I problem. Called me 15 minutes after my MOT to say it was all ready for collection. I was really nervous there'd be hidden costs. There wasn't. Just good honest service. I'd definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this garage. I have used this garage twice and have been very impressed with their work. I have been very pleased with their customer service, especially with how they communicated with me through every step of getting my car to pass the MOT. They also offer very competitive prices for car repairs compared to other garages in Rugby. Finally, I also really appreciated the hard work and honesty from this garage as the mechanics worked hard to get the vehicle back to me quickly without taking any shortcuts. Really pleased with the outstanding customer service. The girls on the phone were both really lovely and kind. They went out of their way to squeeze us in and try to get the job completed as quickly as possible. I love that they send you a video of what repairs they are doing. I also really liked the lovely Bible quote they included with the paperwork. As a Christian myself, this was a really lovely guesture. Will be using Cory's from now on!
