Car door would not shut, rang midvale and seen me within 10 mins and had it fixed with no charge. Staff really polote and helpful will recommend to friends and family
Twice in the past year, the lambda sensor was replaced at this garage. Now the warning light has come on again, and after running diagnostics, it once again shows an issue with the lambda sensor. After visiting another garage, it was discovered that the lambda sensor replaced twice was not original, even though I had been assured it was. One of the factors proving that the sensor was not genuine is the long wire, which original sensors do not have. It was also confirmed upon further inspection that the part had been purchased from a non-original supplier. I am attaching photos of the old original lambda sensor and the replacement sensor that was installed twice on my car.

Great service every time, extremely helpful and polite staff. Very efficient at dealing with any problems we have had with our 2 cars. We have just purchased our third car from them at a great price, they were very helpful and professional, handing the car over in a beautiful state. Excellent service, I desperately need a mot as found out was to expire on Monday . I had phoned many garages. Then stumbled on this one .The problem was I was attending a funeral at 12:00 & wasn’t free until 13:00 the guy switched his lunch break to accommodate me . Not many garages or businesses would do this !! Massive Thank you .

My car has been in and out of this garage in the last few weeks after it went into a ditch all I can say is mark Richard and the team who work at midvale garage are fantastic I will be using them as my number one garage in rugby as there service and customer service is the best thanks guys
