   FRAUDS! They clock the mileage on their vans for sale - a simple check on mot history check showed one van was at 48k miles at its last mot but the odometer on the van is at 23k miles!! Another van is overdue its first mot by 8 months! This is illegal and if they are doing this then what else are they hiding. Will be reporting to trading standards.

   Full of Lies and No Responsibility This dealership is dishonest. They promised everything was fine with the car, but I later found serious issues. When I went back, they denied everything and refused to help. All talk, no action. Avoid them—they lie and take zero responsibility.

   I purchased a vehicle from KZ autos and had problems from the word go, when you purchase a vehicle from KZ autos they issue with the warranty from a third-party. I have had problems with my vehicle with the clutch finally giving up.The process to go through this insurance policy is not straightforward. The policy also does not cover the full cost of any repairs. I have called KZ autos and their response was that they could do nothing about it. I would personally not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this garage as there is no customer service .

   Avoid at all cost. Bought a van off them, 4 months after buying had a puncture so went to put spare wheel on and had wrong size tyre on it. I let that go. At 5 months AC pump had fallen off (mechanic said it was recently bodged on), had to get it fixed. Week after that the cam belt came off damaged the engine cost me a fortune and I only drove 5k motoreay miles on it. They didn't want to know, said they did all their checks. Only got a wash and a wax by the looks of it. Turns out if they did their checks properly they would have known that van was due for 13 recalls from Toyota which included the cam belt, it wouldn't have cost them a penny for it. I only found out after I had the engine repair. Bloody shocking.

   The most awful car dealership you will ever have to deal with. Bought a golf off them for £2k... 2 weeks and 500 miles later the gearbox seized... apparently my fault. Still within 28 days so asked for a refund due to faulty goods... they refused. Said they’d do the work for me and return it if I have them another £2k. I said no... they refused to give me the car back. Eventually they fixed it (shoddy job). Gave me the car back and still was right... blamed me again... took the car in and refused to give it back. They laughed in mine and my dads faces. Luckily trading standards got involved and I got my £2k back. Word of warning, avoid using cowboys. Go to a proper dealer... namely Binley woods approved. Mick is one of the finest dealers you’ll meet. F*** k&Z! Reply to your response: Stop saying every review isn’t genuine. I have letters and emails (evidence) of your illegal behaviour. You’re a fraud of a business and hope you go under. You’re going to kill somebody one of these days in your death trap cars. You’d remember you cowboys.

   Lovely people to deal with. They don't hide anything on a car's history. They have so many late model cars at good prices. I couldn't believe the bargain price I got my BMW. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
