   Once again fantastic, from start to end XL Garage staff Coventry, were helful friendly, and above all professional. Its difficult to find Automotive garages that cater for large Motorhomes , they understand vehicles of this nature are loved and treated as second homes by owners. Which is reflected in the way they have handled work carryed out on our motorhome. Thankyou Team you are an insperation for others to follow.

   I had an issue with my car wheels that needed balancing, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had James assist me. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong, walked me through the process, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. Also, a big thank you to Kim and Mille at reception for their fantastic help in getting my car booked in to have the dust shield removed. They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional from the moment I called. They even managed to provide same-day service. I will 100% recommend XL for any work needed to be done and will be returning.

   Called for an aircon refill. Failed to book me in properly so I showed up and was told to bring it next day. Was told it’d be finished the following day with a leak check as I told them it’s my first time refilling since I got the car and the A/C is not working. Took them 2 days to do it only to fill it up and realise the compressor needs replacing so they did not actually do the leak check. Paid for the refill and the inspection only to need to get it fixed and filled up again. Definitely not coming back here the next time.

   XL Motors are an outstanding independent service and body shop business. I have always used main dealers on all my cars - but after having my Range Rover in the body shop and thereafter for a big service, I was very impressed with the *excellent quality of work*, model *knowledge of the service team*, transparent *pricing and value for money*. Thank you Chris and team!!! Millie in Customer Service provides a highly professional and friendly face to the business - a great ambassador. She is very good in getting back on email or the phone as promised, tries her best to get you a quick booking, and is good to deal with. I am now planning to move my business - two other cars serviced at main dealers - exclusively to XL Motors.

   I had my car MOT’d at XL Motors yesterday and once again the experience was extremely positive & seamless. I was warmly welcomed by Millie at reception, who was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout and Millie took the time to walk me through the invoice when I collected my car. I’ve used XL Motors multiple times now—both their bodyshop and car service—and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire team is superb (especially the professional and friendly reception staff), the quality of work is outstanding and their customer service is first-rate. Thank you XL Motors! I'll definitely be back.

I have never been to a car garage which is so clean and tidy, the workshop is in immaculate condition. I no longer trust any other garage with my car!

   I was 100 miles from home and a warning light and loss of power appeared on my car. I called in here without an appointment and they checked my car over and even topped up the oil- "No charge Sir! you're safe to continue you're journey." What very nice friendly efficient and spotlessly clean people and garage. WOW- great service, wish I lived close to use them regularly
