    Always the most trustworthy & reliable garage that I've ever been to. Was having issues with my car juddering whilst accelerating for months, tried other garages that failed to diagnose the problem whilst charging me for parts that I didnt need. Went to RMS to see if they could help, first viewing they said they thought they knew the problem but would need a second check, didnt charge me a penny for the first check. Came back the 2nd time and they said they'd test their theory first before making any costly changes, they tested it, realised they were correct, fixed the issue there and then, and my cars not had a problem in the month since. They could easily have fobbed me off or told me it was part X/Y/Z that needed changing, but they diagnosed the issue, fixed it there and then and didnt charge the world for it. Great guys every time and great service

    RMS have been absolutely fantastic throughout what has been a very stressful situation for me. They diagnosed serious issues with my car that ultimately saved me thousands of pounds, and their diagnostic fee was next to nothing. The car was at their garage for over a month and not once did they complain – instead, they were supportive, professional, and patient. They even facilitated an independent inspection of the vehicle, communicating efficiently with third parties and handling everything smoothly, despite one of the companies involved being rude to them. Their professionalism and politeness never slipped. We’ve been taking our cars to RMS for the past 2–3 years, and they have always gone above and beyond. They are friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, and always communicate well. This particular situation wasn’t theirs to deal with, yet they handled it brilliantly and supported me every step of the way. I honestly couldn’t recommend RMS enough – they’re everything you want in a garage: trustworthy, professional, and genuinely on the customer’s side.

    Every time I have been there with all my many crap purchases of cars they always been very fare with prices and turn around time I wouldn’t trust any other place with my cars and thank you for dealing with the situation with Vauxhall kindly and patiently while we where battling a cow bow dealer ship your all kind and welcoming can’t thank you enough over the years.

    Few months ago, my car engine suddenly turned on the EML light and I went to RMS AUTOCENTRE for help. They booked me for a car diagnostic and identified my car's secondary air pump issue. They told me this is very expensive to fix because they tried to find replacement parts but cannot find any. It needs to buy new parts from dealerships to make this expensive. The receptionist told me if I can find a replacement part, they can help to fit in. Two months later, I found second hand parts and the RMS team helped to fit it into my car, and the engine light was Off. One day later, my engine light went ON again, and RMS helped check all over my car related system. The RMS team told me my second hand air pump caused the problem again that was just fit in one day ago. I am concerned and hesitant because I am thinking my second hand part should work well. If the replaced part still has engine light ON, it may be incorrect diagnostic and maybe my original part without any problem. Finally, I brought my car to an official dealership to pay a lot for checking. Dealership spent a lot of time tracing and told me my air pump issue. And I waited 2 more months to order a new part and finally my car was fixed. It totally took me 7 months from the problem found until my car problem was fixed. In this experience, I realized that the RMS team is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also has experienced mechanics. In addition to that, the RMS quoted me at the very first diagnostic when my car had a problem, I finally paid the same plus additional diagnostic charge from the official dealership. If I follow the first diagnostic result from the RMS team, I will not need to spend extra money and time to get my car fixed. RMS AUTOCENTRE is really a honest garage, reasonable price and customer care with full of experience and professional mechanic garage.

    This is a fantastic garage they are always willing to help and have always given the best value for money on any job they have untaken. They always tell you what is exactly wrong without trying to had extra to the work. A great group of people would highly recommend this place.
