Chapmans were very swift and accommodating. Enquired on the Thursday and picked up the car on Friday night - which was well serviced and as described (if not better). Dan was willing to go the extra mile (literally) and delivered the car 60 miles halfway to us, for no charge!
From the very first contact, Chapman’s customer service was completely exemplary, with responses prompt and helpful. We aren’t experienced car buyers and so the transparency was very reassuring and because we were buying at distance, so too was the video walk-through of the car. But at no time was the sales approach pushy or time-pressured, making decision making comfortable and confident. We can highly recommend Chapman’s.

Chapmans could not have provided me with a better service. The turnaround for my vehicle to be repaired was extremely fast and the quality of the repairs were unbelievable for the cheap price. The back and forth communication was beyond any customer assistance I’ve ever experienced. Everyone that I had contact with from this business gave me an exceptional level of confidence and they really went out of their way to reach me instead of me having to chase them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. The price and extent of the repairs was truly beyond expectation and I’m so happy I had my car back within a few days when other garages quotes and turnaround times were way higher. Truly an incredible business and I’d recommend anyone to go here over anywhere else! Purchased a car from these guys 3 weeks ago, very friendly and welcoming on arrival. 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start, needed new battery, customer care was fantastic, due to not being local they advised to get a diagnosis and quote locally which I did as it was just a new battery needed the guys advised to fix and send over invoice for reimbursement, car fixed and invoice reimbursed same day! Couldn't recommend these guys enough. They really do go above and beyond!
