   I recently joined this clinic as I had an ongoing problem with my tooth that wasn't getting resolved, and I also decided joining Denplan would be a good idea for me. My first contact was on the phone to enquire and sometimes I don't think Receptionists don't get enough credit because they are the first people you speak to and can definitely be why someone registers or doesn't. I spoke to a lovely Receptionist who listened to all I had to say, advised me of my options and was not only friendly, but didn't try to rush me or brush me off ... I felt very comfortable so booked an appointment. My first impressions were that the waiting room was lovely, bright and airy with the doors open, welcoming and, once again, the ladies on Reception were fantastic and genuinely seemed happy to be there and like nothing was too much trouble. The Dentist and Nurse were wonderful and my options fully explained; I found the Dentist extremely gentle when examining and they even managed to get my x rays (a first). It was decided to do the first part of a root canal; this was able to be booked in just two days later and was fully explained. At first, I didn't feel I was fully numb, and he listened and gave double injections and that did it. I just went back and it was determined it'd be very unlikely that the root canal would be able to complete, and extraction decided ... I really wasn't expecting this and have a huge worry about dry socket; I'm not a nervous patient but do have a Personality Disorder that affects things and had been left in extreme pain for 8 days with my former Dentist, so worried if it happened I'd be left in even worse pain. Needn't have worried, after quite a bit of tugging, the tooth came out in one and at all times, both the Dentist and Nurse checked I was ok and pain free and explained what was happening. I did have a worry 2.5 days later that my tooth was looking like it'd become dry, and I was immediately given an appointment despite no pain, where it was taken care of Really would recommend coming here, especially if you have phobias or worries; they are fantastic!

   Such a lovely dental practice! All the dentists and staff members are really professional and supportive. I have been a patient here for 4 years and always feel relaxed and well looked after during my visits. This practice, in my opinion is really good for nervous patients.

   Registered as a new patient. Received a check up appointment within a week. Then rapid follow up for minor work a few days later. Efficient and reliable practice. Incidentally, the facilities and environment are very modern. And a very light and pleasant waiting room.
