We moved to this dentist from another one. Im a very nervous patient but I have just been and seen recka this morning(sorry I think thats her name) for a clean and a filling. She was very nice, explained what she was doing and put me at ease. I felt no pain or issues at all.
I was lucky to be accepted by this dental practice. I was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived for my appointment by the reception staff. The Dentist that saw me today was very professional, informative and thorough in providing the treatment I received today. She and her assistant made me feel confident in the treatment I was going to receive. She explained each steps and gave me a chance to ask any questions. I would not have asked for a better team. Thank you all. You're doing a wonderful job.
I had a anaesthetic Injection today. I felt ok during my treatment. But when I went to get up I was dizzy and shaky, the dentist was lovely, she kept me calm and gave me a glucose drink. I'm not sure what her name is. She's a young Asian lady. This dental practice have really nice staff, they always guve courtesy calls before your appointment.
Since moving from the Male dentist to the Female dentist the work I have had done has deteriorated. Manisha extracted a tooth last year and I have not been back since, I had such a bad experience I now have anxiety about dentists which I have never had previously. I have also removed my daughter from the practice. The whole episode was like I was living in 1900AD. I am still in shock at how badly she conducted the treatment. I cannot believe there are people like that who you are supposed to be able to trust! It should be possible to give No stars!!
I’m a nervous patient but I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. Dr Brijender was fantastic. He made me feel at ease and the work he did was fantastic.
Was very nervous and had been putting off going to the dentist for years but I very much needed an emergency tooth extraction and so looked at dentists near to me and I’m so glad I found SplenDental Care! The receptionist was kind and polite and put me at ease the second I walked through the door and the dentist and his assistant were very professional but most importantly were very understanding and caring and everything was done within 15 minutes of walking through the door! I had Invisalign done with Manisha, the attention to detail and care was amazing, she guided me through the whole experience and explained each step throughly. I also come to splendid for my routine 6 monthly appointment the staff and dental nurses are always so friendly and helpful.
Had an emergency visit that cost around 48 pounds it was meant to be a check up and scan as after a root canal I am in an unbelievable amount of pain I needed to see someone, they had an appointment available so I took it, THE WORST practice I have ever been to so run down, unprofessional and cheeky. I have paid just under £50 the dentist saw me for the whole of 2 minutes and said he can write a prescription for £40 that’s before paying for the medication! I have had a scan included which he did not want to do because he said there was no point so when I asked if instead of the scan he could just write the prescription so I can go and pay and get some medication he practically laughed at me. I wish I read the reviews before I went but I was desperate during the night and needed an appointment asap which only made me even more upset, I might as well of binned the money. Please don’t waste your time and money because even if you can go on the nhs you can find better!
Excellent customer service and treatment from start to finish. I can’t recommend this dentist practice enough - from the emergency appointment - to the root canal treatment, where I was guided through the procedure with care, sensitivity and professionalism - to the casting of a new crown - and finally the fitting where I am extremely pleased with the result - PERFECT END RESULT. I will be continuing to use and recommend this dentist
