   Heartless and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I’m absolutely appalled by the treatment I received from this dental practice. I was removed from their patient list for being just over five minutes late—despite having emailed ahead to let them know I was running behind. No call, no compassion, just a cold dismissal. I’m a Type 1 diabetic currently dealing with a painful dental infection. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. Their decision has left me without a dentist, in pain, and scrambling for care. Where is the duty of care? Where is the basic human decency? Life happens. Emergencies happen. But apparently, this practice values rigid policies over patient wellbeing. If you’re looking for a dental team that actually cares, look elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

   Had an appointment through 111 NHS. At jdrm dental care Westcotes 5 Roman street , Leicester I was in pain and me and dentist divya damara decided for an extraction of my bottom back tooth . She used anesthesia with syringe which she use very rough doing that caused a lot of pain . After few minutes she rushed to take my tooth out , she was struggling and made many Bruises in my mouth, but she failed to do the extraction. After that without my concent she rushed and do some kind of filling in my tooth . All she said to go and we will refer to experts in Coalville. My whole mouth was numb and I went home , after few hours I had fewer and my body was shaking , I started getting intense pain in my jaws and tooth. I cannot believe how she has treated me and left me in pain and bruises like a useless animal.

   Got given an emergency appointment here by 111. Was made to pay for a consultation that lasted all of 5 minutes. Left in more pain than I had when I went in and was told that they had to refer me elsewhere cause the dentist was incapable of doing the job. He seemed like he just wanted to get me out of there and didn’t really seem to care. Very unprofessional and useless. Wouldn’t recommend this dentist at all

   I went to the dentist today with my partner (who hasnt been in a long time as they have a fear of dentists and was naturally very nervous) and the dentist and their assistant was very horrible to them. They had mispronounced their name and my partner had explained how to say it, both the dentist and their assistant then proceeded to say are you sure its spelt correctly and even laugh at the spelling of my partners name. It was completely unprofessional from the both of them and they had done nothing to assure my partner of their tentativeness and nervousness of visiting the dentist. The receptionist had managed to say my partners name fine when corrected and did not make any issue of it or try to belittle them. I had an appointment with the same dentist straight after and they were very abrupt and it felt quite rude. Its a shame as I have been going to this dentist for years and usually I have had only positive experiences with my usual dentist however I changed my usual dentist to have a slot to support my partner for their first appointment with another dentist thinking it would be fine but clearly not. Dont think I’ll go back to this dentistry now and will look for another one.

   Had a wisdom tooth swell up like a balloon with a mad infection, 111 organised these guys to call me back and get an appointment same day. They're open late which is mega helpful for working people, managed to describe the issue and they yanked the tooth out there and then, numbed etc and the whole process took 5 minutes. They were really informative and nice, really kind, patient and positive. Really pleased with the service, especially given it was an emergency referral. Can recommend.

   Just not a good place. The dentist is very rude and clearly does not care for her patients or there well being. Still waiting on a root canal to be finished 3 years later(in my smile line). They also don't make much of an effort to cancel you're appointment, there happy to just let you show up then tell you the dentist is in an emergency and your appointment is cancelled.
