   I’m sharing this update so others are aware of what this practice is like when things don’t go well or when a patient has questions. I’m not looking for positive feedback from you—I’m simply disappointed with your entire approach once an issue arose. I hope my treatment can be finalised and that you deliver without deliberate delays and due respect and I also declare I will be respectfully on time and my only wish is to debond and complete all steps during appointment booked this Wednesday. There has been zero accountability for the plan change made by Invisalign and zero consideration for my situation as a patient. Instead of support, I received threats by email about being charged an appointment fee if I was confused or needed additional help. Not once was there any expression of sympathy—no “we’re sorry,” no reassurance, nothing to suggest that you are here to help. Just threats and dishonesty. I was told that concerns would be raised with Invisalign, yet that never happened, and now it’s being treated as if the promise was never made. I was even warned not to call the practice, despite the fact that I only spoke with reception twice—both times because my earlier messages had been ignored. I’m now not even sure if my appointment goes ahead or is cancelled because practice gave me 2.5 hours to respond last Friday knowing I would be unavailable from the lunch time-it can be found on a call recording, in case you say it is also untrue. Very disappointed with the practice lack of work ethic and broken promises. During my recent appointment Dr Margaret offered to query directly with Invisalign my post refinement posterior open bite, change of the refinement plan from 16 to 13 trays (we agreed and authorised16) and additional refinement which I believe should be provided free of charge as I’m being left with orthodontic issue and unable to bite causing digestive problems. I supposed to receive a call today but instead I received an email yesterday falsely claiming we have agreed 1 to accept result 2 to pay for refinement. Noted but this is not what was agreed and you have failed in both providing me with the outcome of a meeting with Invisalign as well as in a way you communicated.

   I’ve always had a fear of dental X-rays and have previously chose to skip this part of the dental examination, but Dr. Zahir Kaderbhai and the entire team completely changed that for me. They took the time to explain every step, made sure I felt comfortable, and never rushed or pressured me. Thanks to their patience and kindness, I was finally able to get X-rays without anxiety. I’m so grateful for their compassion and professionalism—highly recommend this practise. A big thank you to Lydia for recommending me and my wife to try this practise, although it’s an hour drive for us, we feel it’s totally worth the travel. Thank you.

   I recently visited with my children, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and incredibly kind with the kids. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The dentist took the time to explain everything in a calm, friendly way and made sure the kids were comfortable throughout the entire visit. They managed to turn what could’ve been a stressful experience into something fun and positive! I appreciate the professionalism and genuine care shown by everyone in the office. Highly recommend this practice to any family looking for a gentle, trustworthy, and child-friendly dental team.

Very understand when it came to explaining the procedure, letting me spit salvia whenever I needed and gave me breaks to help with my jaw which was cramping up

   I was looking at getting Invisalign done for a while and I originally visited Thurmaston Dental Practice to get a filling. Dr Margaret went through their Invisalign package and it happened to be the cheapest in Leicester. I have just come to the end of my treatment and couldn’t be more happy with the result Dr Margaret and Emilia have been great, they have made my journey as smooth as possible and were always there to answer any questions. The appointments were also were around my convenience. I would highly recommend this practice!

   Our 5 year old developed an abscess after attending another practice. Thurmaston got us in quickly and were absolutely brilliant from the start. The reception and all staff were very welcoming and wait times were short. The dentist that we saw was so kind and patient with our daughter; she did a tooth extraction without her even noticing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

   I've been registered at the practice for a number of years now and I have always received a warm welcome and excellent treatment. The whole team are wonderful the receptionists are super friendly and efficient and always happy to help and the dentists have always tried their best to ensure I receive the best treatment. I am currently midway through an Invisalign process and Emilia and Dr Margaret have both been fantastic, answering all my questions, fitting me in at short notice if needed, working around my busy work schedule and fully supporting me through out. I would highly recommend the practice, amazing team and well done all for such a high level of service.

I went for Invisalign and the team are extremely helpful ensuring i fully understood the process and really helpful throughout my treatment. I would say this is by far the best dental practice i have visited and i will not be going anywhere else now!
